A graduate in Business Studies and Executive Secretaryship, Rahayu has over 19 years of professional experience with strong commercial, communication and influencing skills. She began her career with Sunway Group of Companies as a Corporate Services Secretary where she was involved in liaising with local authorities on projects being developed by the company as well as responsibilities in the preparation of Business Plans for Sunway City Berhad. Her versatility in coping and adapting to different working environments has allowed her to climb the corporate ladder within a short span of time.

Prior to joining Woodrose Senior Residences as the Head of Operations, Rahayu was attached to a construction company leading it to successfully attain its PKK Class A (G7) license. Recently promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer of Woodrose Healthcare Sdn Bhd she oversees the medical operations of the Group; ensures the excellent care and well-being of residents and manages Infrastructure Planning & Development.

Daphne, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Hons) and possessing a diverse background in customer service, sales, special needs education, and general education, exemplifies a strong dedication to personal growth and continuous challenges.

Her compassionate and patient nature has served as a driving force behind her unwavering passion for enhancing the overall well-being of individuals, leading her to excel in the elderly care services within the healthcare industry. Daphne is wholeheartedly committed to promoting high standards of care for the elderly and strives to make a positive impact on communities in need.

Centre Manager

As Centre Manager, Jessy oversees the day-to-day operations of our elder care homes. Her motherly and gentle nature is evident in her compassionate care for our residents.

With her experience as a Tutor as well as a Production Trainer for 18 years and having attended Quality Leadership Courses, Jessy possesses the leadership and training skills required for her role which typically involves training staff members on the processes and techniques to maintain high-quality standards in elder care.

Her combined experience as an Interior Sales Designer as well as Bank Loan Agent, for many years where she worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and present best solutions extends quite aptly into this industry.
